In Rio Grande we are pleased to ship your order internationally. There are a few important things to keep in mind: Actual delivery times may vary by destination. Some products may not be able to be shipped to your destination due to vendor restrictions or laws in your country. If you (as a customer) do not accept the package upon delivery, and the package requires to be returned to Rio Grande, you (as a customer) will accept all shipping fees to and from your shipping destination.


We ship via FedEx or UPS Shipping of 35USD on international orders> (Outside of Mexico).


We take care of doing everything in our power so that you have your order as quickly as possible. Products that are in stock in our warehouse are generally dispatched within 24 hours. In all cases, you will receive a confirmation email. We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery times. From the moment you receive your shipping confirmation email, please allow 24-48 hours for your order status information to be available on the carrier's website.   • 1. The product must not show any evidence of wear, it must also be returned with all its original labels. To ensure your boots show no signs of wear, be sure to only walk in carpeted areas until you are sure your boots fit. Avoid any type of hard ground, as it can scratch the soles of the boots.
  • 2. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • 3. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • 4. When Rio Grande Boots issues a prepaid FedEx return label, a $ 39 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If it is defective or we made a mistake, the fee will not be applied.
  • 5.If you want a change of style / size, Rio Grande will NOT be able to cover the costs of the return and shipping labels, however, we can generate them by deducting these costs from your original payment from you as a customer, once we receive your confirmation .
  • 6.. Make sure the product is in its original packaging (eg trunk box) and place it in its shipping box or original Rio Grande Boots shipping bag. Boot boxes cannot be returned with tape or any other shipping label, doing so will incur a restocking fee.
  • 7.. From the moment your item has been received in our warehouse, please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. As soon as your return is received and processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • 8. We apologize for any inconvenience. At the moment returns are only through our online portal

Another return option, is to do it on your own, you can prepay the postage and duties (if applicable) and return it through the carrier of your choice, or ask us at [email protected] for a prepaid return label with our carrier If you use our convenient tag, a flat fee will be deducted from your refund.
